روز 19 اردیبهشت ماه نیز مراسم افتتاح رسمی اهدای تابلوهای فرهنگی و اطلاع رسانی 'چهل خانه' به مجتمع های مسكونی شهر تهران و آیین رونمایی از این تابلوها در شهرك شهید باقری منطقه 22 برگزار شد و هم اكنون همایش بزرگ مدیران مجتمع های مسكونی با رویكردی آموزشی و ترویجی در حوزه آیین همسایگی برگزار می شود.
